Payment:
All items purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods made, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks, with authorization granted by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be able to process the order and will not be made liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. By placing an order for goods through www.timespacecrystals.com, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you wish to place an order for available items on www.timespacecrystals.com, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order, including, without limitation, your name, email, phone number, credit/debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any order; and that the information you supply to Time Space Crystals is true, complete, and correct. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Shipping:
Time Space Crystals ships domestically within the United States, using USPS as our standard carrier. For purchases over $500, we require a signature upon delivery to help protect both parties. Per USPS regulations, any purchase with shipping insurance, paid for by us or by the customer, will also require a signature. Shipping carriers may take longer than their service declares. We are not responsible if the shipping carrier is unable to achieve their delivery schedule.
Be sure the shipping address is correct and complete. If your package arrives at the wrong location due to an incorrect address, Time Space Crystals will not be responsible for replacing your lost package. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the second shipping fee, to be billed prior to reshipping the order to the correct address.
For your protection, you may purchase insurance on your package, which would facilitate a possible refund or reshipment of your order should the carrier fail to deliver it to you. Time Space Crystals uses shipping services that we trust to be reliable, however, sometimes issues occur. While we can assist you with filing a claim, we are not responsible for a shipping carrier losing or damaging your package.
Return/Refund Policy:
Those of us at Time Space Crystals have a deep appreciation and gratitude for the natural beauty of our crystal companions. Great time and care is taken to ensure that all crystals are accurately photographed and well represented. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us at timespacecrystals@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
If a return/refund is deemed to be necessary, all return shipping and handling costs, including insurance, are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Item(s) will be safely returned, carefully wrapped in original packaging (when applicable) and will include the original invoice. Customers may choose the shipping carrier of their choice to deliver the item(s). We are not responsible for the shipping carrier's loss or damage during return. Upon receiving the item(s) in original condition we will issue a refund to your account. Time Space Crystals reserves the right to retain a restocking fee of 10% of the item cost, to be withheld from the total refund amount.

If the item(s) was originally damaged during shipping, please provide photographs of the item(s) and accompanying packaging immediately to provide the information needed for us to file an insurance claim, if insurance was indeed purchased. A refund will not be issued if you are unable to procure the requisite photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) to initiate an insurance claim.
