Those of us at Time Space Crystals have a deep appreciation and gratitude for the natural beauty of our crystal companions. Great time and care is taken to ensure that all crystals are accurately photographed and well represented. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us at timespacecrystals@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

If a return/refund is deemed to be necessary, all return shipping and handling costs, including insurance, are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Item(s) will be safely returned, carefully wrapped in original packaging (when applicable) and will include the original invoice. Customers may choose the shipping carrier of their choice to deliver the item(s). We are not responsible for the shipping carrier's loss or damage during return. Upon receiving the item(s) in original condition we will issue a refund to your account. Time Space Crystals reserves the right to retain a restocking fee of 10% of the item cost, to be withheld from the total refund amount.

If the item(s) was originally damaged during shipping, please provide photographs of the item(s) and accompanying packaging immediately to provide the information needed for us to file an insurance claim, if insurance was indeed purchased. A refund will not be issued if you are unable to procure the requisite photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) to initiate an insurance claim.
